How to share a site if the provider issues a gray IP?
There was a need to open access to the web server (Apache), which is up on my working computer. The problem is that I am using the Yota provider. This provider, when connected to the Internet, issues a gray IP.
At first I tried to solve the problem through the KeenDNS cloud service, because I use a Keenetic 4G III router. But apparently due to flaws in the firmware, nothing happens. Throws 400 error when accessed by registered name.
Are there any other ways to make the webserver available to the Internet if the ISP gives out a gray IP? Maybe there are special programs that are enough to put on a computer with a web server so that the web server becomes accessible from the outside?
Thanks in advance!

No, there are no such programs, but probably there are services. The only option is to proxy requests through some external server with a white ip, to which you need to establish a tunnel from the side of the home machine, using openvpn for example, or even ssh if necessary temporarily.
The problem is not with KeenDNS, but that incoming connections are not routed to you in principle.
Those. no DynDNS solution like this is suitable simply by its very nature - the problem is not that you do not have a permanent address, the problem is that it is simply not accessible from the outside.
How about a drastic decision?

You are behind NAT, only a VPN tunnel will help. The price of a VPS for these purposes is comparable to a good shared hosting. Maybe a shared will even suit you.
You can use Tor Hidden services! There, bypassing NAT, you can publish any site, BUT all clients must have a Tor browser / proxy.
