How to share a printer across the network?

It means so. There is a main IP modem in it 192.168.100.X
Through it there is a direct cable to the server, as well as to 2 additional routers.
The printer itself is connected to the "kenetic" router IP is in the range 192.168.1.X
There is also a xiaomi router 192.168.31.X
The printer received ip 192.168.1.104.
The problem is what. The printer is visible only to those who are connected to the Kenetic router.
The server itself, as well as those who are connected to the xiaomi router, do not see the printer.
Tell me where to dig?

It is necessary to configure routing to the printer on all routers, if they support it.
Why does the network look like this? This approach is fundamentally wrong.

The problem is solved in one of three ways:
1. The most correct one. Reorganize the network so that all devices in it work in the same address range, and reduce the number of routers to one. In your case, you can use two additional routers as switches, or replace them with switches. And it is better to lay cables from all devices to the main router in order to minimize the number of links in the chain.
2. The easiest. Forward the printer port on the "kinetic" router (usually 9100) and register the IP address of the "kinetic" router on the computers instead of the IP address of the printer.
3. Complicated. Configure routing on all routers and all devices to all your subnets.
