How to share a connection to providers on Mikrotik?

Hello.
Mikrotik 3011 comes with 2 provider cables. There are 2x48 gigabit switches and 57 computers.
ISP speeds are 300 Mbps and 100 Mbps.
How to do everything right? Connect computers to switches in a ratio of 3:1, and switches to Mikrotik. Set to these eth-ports the corresponding wan's of providers as Master port?
