How to setup WR740N client with D-Link 615/T4 server?

Disabled QSS (aka WPS) in the client
Set it to IP 192.168.0.100
Disabled DHCP
On both set your country
In statistics, it shows that the connection (WDS, aka access point) is established, but there is no Internet .

PS. There was a moment when I had the same TP-Link, but a slightly newer version + there was a moment when it was 840N and there such settings worked without problems.
What could be the reason?
Tried both with a secure connection and made the network open.
IP filters, MAC filters, etc., nothing is configured on the server (and on the client too)
Naturally, the address 192.168.0.1 is pinged from the client
Created a permanent IP on the server for the client's MAC address (192.168.0.100)
If you connect to the server, then the Internet is there, that is, everything is fine with this.
