How to setup vpn via putty?

So the situation is this, before connecting to the server via SSH
I set up a VPN connection on Windows, disable the gateway checkbox,
then set the route for a specific ip so that it goes through this connection
and run putty - all the rules connect!
The question is, can this be done somehow through putti? Without raising a separate vpn.
There are so many settings in putti, I think there must be something

the question is not correct: vpn connects networks together, if there is no access to a remote computer to which you want to connect, then the terminal program will not be able to do it for you in any way
