How to setup VPN network with SoftEther VPN as l2TP server?

There is a server under Ubuntu Server, it has SoftEther VPN
Comp # 1 -Windows 8.1
Comp # 2 -windows 7
Smartphone on Android 4.4.2
The protocol by which I connect to the L2tp IPsec server using standard WIndows and Android tools. On the Virtual Hub server with SecureNat enabled with the following settings:
Ip virtual interface 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
DHCP server 10.10.10.10-10.10.10.200 255.255.255.0
Default adress Gateway 10.10.10.1
dns 8.8.8.8
dns2
8.8.4.4 successfully connects to VPN with the address 10.10.10.10, goes to the Internet through the server (tracert). But he does not see computer number 2 on the network.
Comp No. 2 successfully connects to VPN with the address 10.10.10.11 goes to the Internet through the server, but does not see computer No. 1
on the network Android phone successfully connects to the VPN with the address 10.10.10.12 Goes to the Internet through a standard gateway (not through the server), does not see a single computer on the network (computers do not see it either).
Question:
How to make computers on the network see each other and at the same time go to the Internet through the VPN server. How to make a mobile phone go through VPN to the Internet and make a mobile phone visible to computers?
Thank you.

@AndreyTT

Have you set up a VPN on Android using https://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howto/9.L2TPIPs... Did you set 0/0 route through vpn in the tunnel settings?
