How to setup vlan on aruba HP-2530-48G?

Good day. I present the essence of my idea.
The organization has two networks:
1 network - Main 192.168.1.1 (the network looks to the Internet)
2 network - Video cameras 192.168.0.1 (there is a network of pure video cameras.)

There is an aruba HP-2530-48G with such default settings


. It also has some ports are free but I want to use only port 41, it will look at the 192.168.0.1 network and connected with aruba to the dlink camera switch


Please tell me how can I use aruba to ping the 192.168.0.1 camera network from a PC that is connected to the 192.168.1.1 network using vlan ?
