I received a vlan trunk on the first port in Mikrotik.
Raised DHCP SETUP.
I created another vlan for port 3 and gave the vlan to dhcp.
Now I need to transfer port 3 of the Mikrotik by trunk to the SNR side on SNR, accept this vlan and give access to any other port, then connect the laptop and receive Internet on the laptop via DHCP.
On the laptop itself, the Internet is set to static, it remains only to configure the snr switch through the putty console.
