How to setup SFTP in FTPSync plugin for sublime text3? FTP is configured and working, but SFTP does not work, the description says that it is also supported!

So sorry, sftp is not over SSH, is it? Where is it if, judging by the screenshot, there is the usual ftp port 21 and even without TLS...?
