How to setup sdk to work with Gear Fit?

I found information on the Internet on creating applications for Gear Fit, as far as I understand, the development is old, when they were programming on Android using Eclipse. But, I won’t help you understand at all how to start something using these files:
1. As far as I understand, the simulation cannot be started in this case, but only in debug mode (that is, with the connected device switched to debug mode) ?
2. Maybe someone can tell me how to start Hello World? :)
