How to setup FTPSync hotkeys for Sublime text?

I'm trying to set up hotkeys for uploading and downloading the current file in FTPSync. Those. hotkeys for the FTPSync>Upload and FTPSync>Download commands. This cannot be done in the Key Building - Default file (it is not writable), I do it in Key Building - User.
