How to setup emmet snippets in phpstorm?

The documentation docs.emmet.io/customization/snippets says that you can customize your snippets for Emet in the snippets.json file.
There is no mention of snippets in the Emmet settings in PHPStorm.
Where to register / where to shove snippets.json into PHPStorm?

As far as I remember PHPStorm has a similar setting.
