How to setup debug_toolbar for django?

Guys debug_toolbar doesn't work, I set it up like everything is right
here are the settings.py settings

Everything seems to be done right. However, if you do not have a runserver, then there may be an ambush with IP addresses.
And I want to add that SQL INJECTION was fixed in Django-Debug-Toolbar 3.2.1, so it's worth removing it under the DEBUG flag on production.
