How to setup 6to4 behind port forwarding?

Good afternoon!

Available:

• ISP static external IPv4 address
  
• Full port forwarding to the provider's local address
  
• Kerio Control
  
• The local network
  
• PC Windows 10/Server 2012R2
  

Same way:

• Teredo works
  
• The network card itself automatically receives IPv6 2002: (by external ip)
  
• Pings don't reach it through Teredo and I don't want to have an unstable teredo address 2001
  
• 6to4 doesn't work out of the box
  

What I want in the end:

1. "Communicate" with devices via the Internet at addresses 2002:
   
2. Ideally, set IPv6 addresses yourself from the subnet of the external IPv4 address
