Access rights

How to set what rights are set when creating a file / folder on a file server?

There is a file server on Windows 2012, it is also a domain controller. There are users in the domain who create files on the server in a shared folder. By default, when creating a file, the rights to modify are: owner, administrators and system. Accordingly, other users cannot modify files, only those who created them. How can I set "default permissions" so that a specific group of users can modify all files created by that group?

@greymonstr

for the desired folder:
1. remove inheritance, copy rights
2. remove creator-owner from the access list (or its Russian version. I don’t remember which one, Owner, in general)
3. add write access for the required group
4. Replace permissions if necessary all nested objects to other objects within this folder.
