How to set up zabbix and telegram?

I read a lot of articles on setting up notifications in telegram, but what's going wrong, I can't get the chat_id? can you suggest a working solution?

Create a bot, get a bot key.
In your telegram client, look for the created bot by name, send any message to it.
Go to https://api.telegram.org/bot(your_key)/getUpdates
Look for the line with the message you just sent, find your Chat_Id in it.
