How to set up your certificate on cloudflare?

There are several certificates for my domains/subdomains registered on WoSign + 1 bought on GlobalSign. If you specify SSL - Full in the cloudflare settings, then everything works fine, only the browser signs the certificate as COMODO, but it should as WoSign, while the paid cloudflare certificate does not change (GlobalSign). If I turn off SSL - Off. Then my site is completely down.

1. Is there a way to get my certificates to work properly while using cloudflare? (That is, I want to make cloudflare + my ssl and I can't figure out how.)
2. Maybe I can somehow make my SSL + SSL from cloudflare and will it be better in terms of security?

CloudFlare substitutes its own certificate, by switching to a paid mode you can substitute your own, but in your case there is absolutely no point in this.
Install your own on your server - traffic from CloudFlare to your server will be encrypted.
And so everything is written in their manual.

It's simple, install your certificate on your server, then select Strict in the CloudFlare -> Crypto -> SSL settings.
