The test welcome page opens at:

How to set the page address so that the application does not open from the web/ or basik/web/ path, but starts immediately from the site root, at the main address kanistherapyspb.ru

put all folders above public_html
and move the contents of the web folder to public_html

As I understand it, you have chosen virtual hosting on beget.ru. It is better to ask the technical support of your hoster.
For example, in jino.ru, for each domain, you can specify a home directory in the Domains section .
It seems to me that each hoster is configured differently.
