How to set up X so that the keys work like in macOS?

I liked the way keyboard shortcuts are implemented on the Mac. They have Cmd there, like Ctrl in us, but there, for example, you can normally open tabs in the terminal, copy ... While Ctrl + Shift + .... is usually used here for tyakh things. Binding Super to Ctrl is bullshit, but how do you force X to use only Super+C, Super+V, ... to work with the buffer? How to force programs to perceive Super as Ctrl and at the same time so that in the same terminal Ctrl + C sends SIGTERM, and Super + C copies? Is this even possible? ._.
