How to let all traffic on a remote server through OpenVPN?

How to let all traffic on a remote server through OpenVPN?
However, port 22 must be left in order to access this remote server.
Those. roughly speaking, I go to a remote server (on the server IP 23.23.23.23) via SSH, but all outgoing traffic goes through vpn (IP 25.25.25.25)

I agree with the previous speaker and his opinion about the bunny.
1. The server has an external interface.
2. The server has an internal interface (vpn).
The connection is made through the external and vpn goes through the external.
What else needs to be suggested?
Our IP is 23.23.23.23 external.
We connect to it and get everything we get.
If we connect over vpn, then we get into vpn.
If we connect over sssh, then we get to the server.
Along the way, they work out the rules of vpn and iptables.
