Can't connect to VPN server via L2TP tunnel.
In Win7 and Win 8, IPSec is disabled in the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RasMan\Parameters]
"ProhibitIpSec"=dword:00000001
"AllowL2TPWeakCrypto"=dword:00000001
but this did not help in Windows 10. Who will tell you how to disable IPSec?
