How to set up VS Code for C++ on Windows?

I use VS Code, since a normal VS computer does not pull. I didn't like the alternatives to the normal VS. I want to set up compilation and debugging of C++, but it doesn't work. How to set up correctly?
If that MinGW and g++ is installed.
