At work, there is a VPN tunnel for connecting to the workplace from home (implemented using WireGuard), everyone was given their configs for connection, but the question arose. I threw the tunnel into the program and when activated, it does not connect to the workplace, as if it does not exist (I connect using home Wi-FI from the Keenetic router), but if I distribute the Internet from my mobile phone, then the connection goes fine. Even if you throw a tunnel on the phone, then nothing will come of it with the help of home WIFi. Please help me with this issue, thanks in advance!

Option 2. Something is blocking VPN on your kinetics ... there is a package that allows forwarding VPN tunnels, in the list of packages in the "system" menu.
This VPN is blocking your ISP .
You can check as an option by connecting the laptop directly to the provider, bypassing the router
