How to set up VPN PPTP on Mikrotik and connect to it with Android?

Good day.
You need to connect your android via mobile internet to Mikrotik via PPTP. I'm trying to connect with a regular android client (redmi 9).
Created a PPTP VPN profile, created an IP pool for this VPN profile. Raised a PPTP server using the previously created VPN profile. Created a Secret for PPTP, created a login and password + created an IP address for this secret. In PPP interfaces created a static PPTP interface for this user. I started the server with standard settings + I already checked all the checkboxes in the authorization methods.
Further, in the regular client of the android, I created a PPTP vpn connection, drove an external static IP address of Mikrotik there and try to connect, it thinks for a long time and eventually fails. Nothing shows up in the Mikrotik logs.
It seems that everything is simpler than a steamed turnip, but it does not work to connect. What's wrong?

Provider :) cellular providers very often block PPTP.
