How to set up Visual Studio for Python?

Good day, please advise. I decided to install Visual Studio Community 2017 for programming in python. Of course, I found information on the Microsoft website, put it on my laptop, everything is fine. Today I downloaded it to a working PC, chose Development in Python

, but the options that it offers to choose do not give the functionality that is on my laptop.

It allows only machine learning , the web and write some good stuff for Python on the pluses . What could be the problem? How to fix?

have you tried creating a new python project?
