How to set up usb modem zte mf710m?

Hello! There are problems when connecting a 3G usb modem zte mf710m.
I have already bought two pieces, tried two different SIM cards, but none of them gives access to the Internet.
Tried on a laptop and two different computers - shows the same thing.
Previously, the first modem worked, but then something happened that the connection was lost.
I install the drivers, the web interface is being prepared, the browser opens on the page 192.168.0.1 and it says in capital letters - no connection. What can be wrong?
I called those support, they can’t help, they say the Internet access shows that there is a program, the balance is normal. But I can't surf the internet.

First, "something" happened - this, I suspect, is a wrong unlock.
Secondly, I advise you to unlock it yourself.
Thirdly, my address changed a couple of times to .3.1 and 8.1. - try to poke the first pieces 10-20. Smka may not be activated.
Also, maybe the modem is broken.
You can also try to completely remove the software associated with modems.
Also try on Linux.

Maybe there is simply no (or not configured) connection profile for a particular operator. If he enters the webmord and, for example, sees the SIM card and sees the network (antennas appeared), then 90% of the problem is in the profile - where apn (access point), login, password, sometimes also the type of authorization (pap \ chap) is prescribed. Other options - the antivirus is blocking (Casper, for example, likes to be naughty), the firmware has crashed, or the modem itself has become corrupted (which happens quite rarely)
