How to set up universal SWITCH in Excel?

There is a task of an output in a cell of the Excel table of the text depending on today's date. Didn't work in Excel. So far I have googled the SWITCH function. It fits, but in order to score all the variations, you need to manually fill in this data in SWITCH. Is there any way to do it universally?
I think the example will explain more clearly than my explanation: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13eZXEZUonL...

@iiiBird

You need the VLOOKUP function.
For your data, the formula is:
=VLOOKUP(A2;C:D;2;0)
