How to set up two monitors on 1 PC, one of which is touch?

The task is to connect two monitors to the computer, one of which is touch.
The essence of the problem is that the image is shown on both, normally, but the sensor controls the cursor globally, that is, the touch area is responsible for both monitors.
Is there any software or mb someone somehow picked and won?

Out of the box it should work properly.
The question is too general: at least you need to specify the OS version and the mode of operation of these monitors.
