How to set up tunnel goal in google analytics?

I set the goal (registration) in Google Analytics.
When registering, I send the user with the ?welcome=true parameter, respectively, I set the Destination in the Goal details as a Regular expression with the value "welcome". Everything is ok, it's tracked :)
I want to register several registration options:
If the user clicks in the registration header, I write the following in the url: signup?track_source=header
Now I set Funnel ...
First step: Registration page, in Screen / Page I write signup?track_source=header and Required? I choose "Yes".
Second step: Successful registration, set the value to welcome.
And it does not work, for some reason this goal catches everyone, incl. and those who didn't have signup?track_source=header . That is, a mandatory step is skipped.
What am I doing wrong? :)

I would just put identifiers on buttons)
