How to set up TOR Browser or which tool to use?

My ISP uses a proxy with the following settings:
- only connections to ports 80 and 443 are allowed -
SSL connection is broken on the proxy (SSL BUMP)
Thus, this proxy can intercept any data I send.
My goal is at least:
- to open sites so that the provider could not intercept my logins / passwords / other data
. The goal is maximum:
- not to lose much in speed

I don’t even know what’s cooler here, escaping from the provider, choose to transfer the login / password to TOR.
By transmitting data over HTTPS, you more or less close the data if the browser shows that everything is ok with the certificate.

What an interesting provider, however ... It already smells like a violation of the law on personal data. Unless, of course, this "provider" is not the administrator of the corporate network :)
