How to set up the mouse pointer when working in 1C 8.3 via RemoteApp?

When working in 1C 8.3 through an RDS cluster on Windows Server 2016, users had a problem getting the mouse pointer into the interface elements.
It is especially difficult to aim at small elements.
Turning off the mouse shadow fixes the problem.
Maybe someone knows how to set up a large number of users through the GPO.
Interested in a really working solution.
