How to set up the isolation of two numbers from all with Infra Call Center on Yeastar S300?

Help me figure out how to properly configure so that the number created in the Infra Call Center (Micro-SIP is used) and the number created on the Yeastar S300 PBX (Panasonic KX-TPA60 + KX-TGP600 base is used) can only call each other, and no one else. (accordingly, no one could call them)
