I'm completely confused...

Previously, the Bitrix website was hosted #1 at alfamedicals.ru. Bitrix 24 was opened on the corp.alfamedicals.ru domain from hosting No. 2 from the hosting root /home/bitrix/www/ Everything seemed to work as it should.
We moved the alfamedicals.ru website to hosting No. 2 and placed it in the /home/bitrix/ext_www/alfamedicals.ru/ folder.
As a result, it turned out that the corp.alfamedicals.ru website remained with up-to-date information on leads and contacts, but orders and product catalog.
We launched a technical domain and placed Bitrix24 inside the /home/bitrix/ext_www/corpalfamedicals.tech/ folder. And it turned out that the product catalog and orders were synchronized, but all contacts, companies and Leads disappeared.
How to set up correctly? or how to synchronize the product catalog and orders in this case?
