How to get custom properties in bitrix news.list?

Recently I started working with Bitrix and programming in general, I can’t understand how to get 2 properties in news.list that I set for elements (ordinary strings)
I realized that this should be done through the Bitrix api, but I can’t formulate it correctly

if you use a component, then in the component settings you need to specify which parameters to pass, after that these parameters will appear in the arResult of the template (I attach an image )
