How to set up sub-domains in qTranslate?

Use Pre-Domain Mode (uses en.yoursite.com ). You will need to configure DNS sub-domains on your site.
I'm trying to make the site open
de.site.com
es.site.com
fr.site.com
it.site.com
ru.site.com

But I don't understand what else needs to be done on the hosting, besides creating dns with ip for each sub-domain
