How to make a "create page" module like cms?

Something in the morning my friend puzzled me ... but can I create pages in the admin panel using a standard template?
I used to be able to do this, but after switching to mvc and frameworks, I understand that it’s unlikely ...
Adding a menu item is understandable ... and then? In fact, is it the creation of a new controller or a method in it?
Fundamentally, I still don’t understand where to look ...
I have never had a problem with Joomla and WP ... I don’t have enough patience to work with them.

In Wordppress what you need is called " Custom post type ". Next, add a couple of " meta boxes " to your page, in which you create the fields required in your template.
