How to set up SSL with Webinoly Panel?

Tell me, is anyone familiar with the Webinoly Server Control Panel?
The site works, it was created about a year ago, Webinoly installed it only for installing and configuring PHP (PhpMyadmin), SQL and NGINX itself.
Now I decided to switch to HTTPS, I bought a Certificate (Domen Validtion), but I can’t configure it, I
installed everything, but External SSL Checker says that I have the Certificate
"The certificate was issued by Let's Encrypt."
I can’t turn it off, or rather Replace it with my own.
Can anyone advise?

Custom SSL Certificate
Bring your own Cert!

You can add your own cert of any third-party vendor or your preference.

sudo site example.com -ssl=on -ssl-key=/path/cert.key -ssl-crt=/path/cert.crt -ssl-ocsp=/path/cert.pem
The -ssl-ocsp parameter is optional for OCSP support.
