How to set up sorting for displaying pictures in bitrix?

I don't understand how sorting works in the admin panel. I have listed the order of the photos from 10 for the first to 600 for the last. Each time the page is refreshed, the photos are displayed randomly. I am attaching screenshots.

Probably in a component it is necessary to configure sorting! In the admin panel, only the value is indicated!
