How to set up SMPP connections to SMSC in Kannel?

Good afternoon everyone! I really need your help. I was given the following task at work - to configure SMPP connections to SMSC in Kannel. But I am new to this business and have no idea how to install and configure Kannel. Please help me cope with this task. If there are links to articles in which everything is described in detail and shown, then please share them. Thanks in advance!

So I launched Kannel and I get
