It is not clear where you want to send letters from, connect.yandex.ru or pdd.yandex.ru is a wrapper for managing the mail server that you are given, tied to your domain. These wrappers do not take part in manipulations with letters.
If you send from your site, then use the built-in server, for example, sendmail, its IP address is registered in the SPF record, create letters, for example, in PHP this is the mail () function and that's it.
If from your registered mailbox, then either by a mail agent, such as Outlook, or by the web interface that Yandex gives you.
