The Mdaemon mail server runs on the MS Server 2003 R2 platform. It has two network cards. Client computers run on Windows 7. MS Outlook 2010 mail program. The server itself pings, but telnet on ports 110 and 25 does not work. From all other computers everything works fine and you can connect to the ports. Removed antivirus and firewall. When I try to connect, I get an error with the code - 0x80042108.

I think the first thing to look at is which of the two NICs MDaemon services are bound to.
And if they started, services - read the logs of the mail server.
There may be something preventing the server from occupying ports, if everything is ok with other settings
