How to set up samsung 950 pro ssd properly?

I bought a samsung 950 pro 512 gb PCI SSD drive , installed it in the MSI GAMING G45 Z170 motherboard in the bottom M.2 slot
Windows installed without problems. After that, I installed Samsung's proprietary utility "Samsung Magician". I ran it and saw the following:

i.e. the maximum value is limited to 10 Gbps and should be 32 Gbps
Here is the information from the MSI website on my motherboard:

And here is the information from the Samsung website:

Why am I limited to 10 Gbps? I looked in bios and didn't find anything...

It meant that if you use x4 SSD at the same time - the speed will be 32 Gb / s.
Each type gives out 8 Gb / s in total 4 give out 32 Gb / s (something like a RAID array)
Because:
The maximum speed of the PCI-Express 3.0 connector is 8 Gb/s
