@dagababaev

And why do you have all the devices and the Mikrotik itself (2 times) from different subnets?

respectively Mikrotik sees only 232/24
because he himself is in this network -
Mikrotik's static address is 192.168.232.22

The remote PC is assigned 192.168.89.255
- it cannot get an address via dhcp.
You make one subnet 192.168.232.0/24, Mikrotik 192.168.232.1, for the rest of the devices create a pool - 192.168.232.10-192.168.232.254, then everyone will see each other
... well, this is from gross errors, but so it is necessary to look at the config, because it matters ip 192.168.89.1 and 192.168.232.22 on the same interface or on different ones. It's not clear from the message.
