How to set up routing inside vlan on Mikrotik?

Good afternoon! There is a Mikrotik It has a vlan interface (let it be called vlan1) which is built on the basis of a physical interface (let it be called Ether4) on a microtic on which the device hangs.
Can you please tell me how to route packets that go to this device from other subnets from this physical interface (let it be called Ether4)?

Ummm, we prescribe addresses on the interface (let it be called vlan1) and that's it. Packets sent from the network on the other interface (let's call it Ether4) will be routed to the correct networks.

Something is somehow very interesting with you ... Draw a diagram.

If I understood the task correctly, then if I were you, I would add another vlan to the Ether4 trunk (possibly untagged, if it is possible in Mikrotik). And, accordingly, on the device connected to this port. After that, create an L3 interface for this vlan on Mikrotik and register the corresponding address on it.
Just in case, I do not recommend using vlan 1 for client traffic on a working network, especially if you have a multi-vendor (including cisco) environment.
Not an expert on Mikrotik.
