The people how to set up routing so that clients who receive an address from mikrotika and a redirected gateway in office 1 see clients in the branch?
in the office, clients receive addresses from the DHCP server, but keenetic is specified as a gateway with a static address inside the LAN, to access the Internet. Is the VPN channel uplinked from a local ISP and paired with a branch?
Routing is registered. In the branch, only those clients are visible who manually indicated Mikrotik itself as a gateway in the office and vice versa.
There is a weak channel in the office and on mikrotik the address on keenetic with Yota is registered as a gateway.

And why not specify on the DHCP server to issue the Mikrotik address as a gateway?
