How to set up Route 53?

Hello! Help me to understand.
There are two servers, you need to distribute traffic over them based on location. If one server goes down, you need to redirect all traffic to the working server. Health check of both servers is activated.

The record is
Record type: A
Routing policy: geolocation
Location: default
Health check: select the one you need.
value: the IP we need
