How to set up relaying from a bot to a Telegram channel and is it possible to do this in principle?

I created a bot in a telegram using BotFather, made a PHP project for it, for RSS parsing and subsequent automatic posting via cron. But there was a problem - it needs to be integrated into an existing channel, where at the moment posting is done manually. As I understand it, channels and bots in Telegram are different things, can they be combined?

I figured it out:
1. You need to add the bot to the channel admins, allow it to post messages
2. The channel needs to be added to the recipients of messages from the bot

It's not clear what you mean by "relay", but yes, a telegram bot can send messages to a channel. As well as editing and deleting.
The bot can take a message from the user and send it to a channel.
