How to set up receiving mail from Yandex on WordPress?

I am making a website on WordPress (standard template) and the client wants WordPress to collect mail from his Yandex account every half hour and, in accordance with the table (mail domain = section), place these letters in the form of articles in the corresponding section on WordPress.
The question is probably more whether there is a plugin for this, and if not, is it possible in principle and in which direction to look?

In the WP admin, go to Settings > Writing ( wp-admin/options-writing.php ).
There you specify the settings of the mail server and everything works.
But , any message that comes to this address will be published, so it's better to keep this address secret + you can choose only one category for publications.
Slightly off topic, but the easiest option.

Vyacheslav Gorbunov , thanks for the answer, but I did just that and alas, for some reason it does not pick up the mail. Doesn't throw any errors either. Just a white screen.
Installed the Post By Email plugin with the same theme settings. He collects mail, but there is no way to scatter it into categories.
