How to set up RDP Windows session shadowing?

How to set up Windows session shadowing?
In normal RDP, the user is blocked, it shouldn’t be right there, but I can’t contact a computer on the local network.
I used the command Mstsc / shadow: 1 / v: 192.168.0.130 It
does not give errors, it just takes the search time.
