The situation is as follows - you need a terminal server.
Users will connect to it via RDP /
But they should see not the Windows Server shell, but the Windows 7 shell.
I can’t remember how to do this _((
I know how to set up a server based on "shared" applications, this is already configured.

Most likely you are confusing RDP and VDI.
